LIFE
MCCA is continuing its Life and AD&D coverage with Principal, providing every employee with valuable protection at no cost. This year, additional coverage for spouses and dependent children is available, giving families the option to enhance their overall financial security.

Basic Life & Voluntary Life Summaries

BASIC LIFE For all benefit-eligible employees, your employer is providing you with 150% of your base annual earnings (annual salary) up to a maximum of $150,000 of life insurance at no cost to you.
VOLUNTARY LIFE Additionally, you may elect Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance up to a guaranteed maximum benefit up to $150,000 (with NO evidence of insurability) and a maximum benefit of $500,000 (WITH evidence of insurability application).
