For 2026, MCCA is offering three UnitedHealthcare medical plans, including the Surest option, an exciting new approach to healthcare with no deductible and simple, upfront copays.
All medical plans use UnitedHealthcare’s extensive national network, the largest in the country, giving you broad access to top physicians and facilities.

To make your benefits easier and more convenient to manage, both the dental and vision plans are now offered through UnitedHealthcare. This allows you to access your dental and vision coverage directly within the UnitedHealthcare or Surest app, where you can find digital ID cards, plan details, and provider search tools, all in one convenient location

LIFE

MCCA is continuing its Life and AD&D coverage with Principal, providing every employee with valuable protection at no cost. This year, additional coverage for spouses and dependent children is available, giving families the option to enhance their overall financial security.

BASIC LIFE  For all benefit-eligible employees, your employer is providing you with 150% of your base annual earnings (annual salary) up to a maximum of $150,000 of life insurance at no cost to you.  

 

VOLUNTARY LIFE  Additionally, you may elect Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance up to a guaranteed maximum benefit up to $150,000 (with NO evidence of insurability) and a maximum benefit of $500,000 (WITH evidence of insurability application).
